Former IBM Retail Strategist, Jim Bengier, has over 25 years of retail expertise in omni-channel, forecasting, location management, and executing on the customer promise. His diverse supply chain background includes ecommerce, specialty, discount, mass merchandise, and off-price retailing. As the VP of Fulfillment for BestBuy.com, he designed and implemented one of the earliest ‘buy online, pick up in-store’ processes, which is still in use today. After 8 years at IBM, Jim joined Bridge Solutions Group in 2015. His engagements have included Abercrombie & Fitch, Target, IKEA, Urban Outfitters and Williams-Sonoma.
