CES's proprietary CC2000 Data Retrieval System is fully automated and non-intrusive to the Dealer Management System (DMS). Armed with a VPN or Modem Access, user ID, password and access to existing applications, CC2000 will retrieve data from most systems without requiring the installation of any hardware or software at the dealership.
Dealership Enrollment and Data Retrieval - CES will enroll dealerships in CC2000 at your pace. The technology in place at most dealerships today allows full and real-time two-way data connections.
Issue Resolution - We work closely with the dealership staff to resolve access issues as quickly as possible. All data acquisition issues are automatically logged and a copy of these logs can be made available to all parties to facilitate immediate resolution.
Customer Service - Our technical staff are available between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Update Intervals - Our system maintains a high dealership update rate for both VPN and Modem connections. Many of programs achieve update rates in excess of 95%.
